Hosting with IONOS
IONOS hosts this website. Page requests transmit information including the requested file, access time, browser, device, referrer and IP address. According to the linked IONOS product documentation, visitor data is anonymized upon collection and retained for eight weeks.
Processing supports secure and stable delivery. Its basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with reliable website operation and protection as our legitimate interest.
IONOS WebAnalytics
According to IONOS, Web Hosting includes WebAnalytics. Page-view analysis supports statistics and technical optimization. IONOS describes pixels or log files, no cookies, and IP anonymization immediately after transmission. Necessary personal-data processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Content and external links
This website embeds no proprietary analytics or advertising scripts, contact form or external video player. Fonts and images are served by this website. The interactive label preview does not save settings in cookies or browser storage. The hosting-provider processing described above is separate.
Email links open your email application. Clicking links to Shopify, EU information or other services takes you to the respective providers, whose privacy notices apply there.
Contact by email
When you email us, we process your email address, message and any voluntarily supplied information to handle your request. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply to contractual inquiries; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries may apply to other correspondence.
We handle email through Gmail (Google). Closed support requests are retained for one year from closure and then deleted unless statutory retention duties require otherwise. The eight-week retention of website visitor data does not apply to emails. Google's privacy notice provides more information on Google's processing.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent for future processing. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Using Labelklar in Shopify involves separate data processing. This website notice does not replace the app privacy notice or any required agreements with merchants.
